This class is open to all and is taught at The Birth Center of Boulder
This is a 6-week series on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Sign up for the session to reserve your spot in all 6 classes. Single Classes and late sign up will be available when space allows. Please inquire with the teacher.

Pregnant bodies have unique needs. Prenatal Yoga is tailored to exactly what pregnant bodies need. Prenatal Yoga is a multifaceted system to support pregnant people. These practices include stretching, strengthening, focused breathing, and emotional well-being.
Prenatal Yoga is shown to:
