This in-person multi-day childbirth class gives parents an in-depth look at the valuable tools and evidence-based information to prepare for your birth. This series is a great way to connect with other parents. 

Please see below for specific dates for each class and use the registration form to sign up for the first day of the series you wish to attend. Take note, some of the classes are not on all Tuesday's due to scheduling limitations. Your payment gives you access to each of the classes in that particular series.

Instructor: Sutay Berman RN, Doula, Childbirth Educator, CLS. Our instructor is a specially-trained registered nurse who will cover the normal physical and emotional experiences of late-stage pregnancy, labor, and birth including:

• Natural options for coping with labor discomfort, including anesthesia and epidurals
• Possible medical interventions, including cesarean birth
• Tips for caring for yourself and your newborn at home or the "fourth trimester"
• Interactive labor coping techniques
• Cost of class includes a support person

Please note that you do not need to take the Capable, Confident, and Coping Labor Techniques Class if you take the series, it is included. 

A tour of the Family Birth Center is included in the class.

Cancellations: If you cancel your registration prior to 5 business days before class begins, your registration fee will be refunded or transferred to another class. No refunds or transfers will be given after this time with the exception of medical reasons.

In the event of bad weather, such as a snowstorm, an email will be sent out notifying you regarding the cancellation. 

There are rare instances we may have to cancel a class due to low enrollment. A full refund will be given is we must cancel your class or you will be transferred into the next class.
