Prevent falls and improve quality of life through Tai Chi. Tai Chi incorporates agility and balance, breathing and relaxation techniques. Scientific studies show that it is helpful for conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, diabetes and Parkinson's.

This program was created by Dr. Paul Lam and a team of medical and Tai Chi experts. It combines traditional Tai Chi with up-to-date medical knowledge. The program aims to empower people to improve health and wellness. It is shown in studies to be safe and effective. While most frequently done in standing, it can also be done seated.

Cost: $90

The instructor is a BCH Outpatient Rehabilitation physical therapist who has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
