Perla Delgado

Dr. Perla Delgado is an accomplished leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of "I Have A Dream." With a wealth of leadership experience spanning decades, she has been a dedicated advocate for education equity and social justice throughout her career in the nonprofit and high educational fields.

A native of Boulder, Dr. Delgado embarked on her commitment to community service during high school, where she started as an English as a Second Language (ESL) instructor and later emerged as a youth leader. Her journey in the local community paved the way for impactful roles within various non-profit organizations and institutions of higher education.

As a seasoned professional, Dr. Delgado continues to drive positive change, championing causes that resonate with her passion for education, equity, and social justice. She holds a Ph.D., in education, from Texas State Education.
