Every three years, Boulder Community Health (BCH) conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to better understand the health challenges and priorities in our region. This assessment includes analyzing local health data and gathering input from community members like you.

- Learn about progress, outcomes and plans resulting from Colorado’s Hospital Transformation Program for individuals enrolled in Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program)
- Share your feedback during a live Q&A session and help guide the future of health services in our community
