Sofia Davies
Ambulatory Department Chair

Dr. Sofia Davies is a board-certified family medicine physician who enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She works with families and individuals to stay healthy, catch small problems before they become big ones, and build habits that last a lifetime. She believes in preventive care and clear communication, and she strives to make medicine practical and easy to understand.
Dr. Davies earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed her medical degree at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, and finished her family medicine residency at Saint Anthony North Hospital in Westminster.
In addition to her clinical work at Anchor Point Primary Care, Dr. Davies serves as the Medical Director for Ambulatory Services and Population Health at Boulder Community Health and is on the board of the Boulder County Medical Society.
“I’m honored to be part of a community where patients and clinicians genuinely care about each other,” says Dr. Davies. “This community has shaped my path in medicine, and I’m excited to support it by focusing on quality, access, and the people who make great care possible.”
Outside of work, she practices judo and travels with her husband and daughters—always on the lookout for good food and new adventures.
