Natty is a Partner at Matchstick Ventures where he leads seed-stage investments
in software companies "between the coasts" with a heavy focus
on the Rockies region. He was formerly the Managing Director for the flagship
Techstars Boulder accelerator. Before investing, Natty founded and led
a company called Everlater that was acquired by AOL. At AOL, Natty ran
Product for MapQuest's consumer products including
MapQuest.com and the suite of MapQuest mobile apps. Before founding Everlater, Natty
worked at GE Capital in their Financial Management Program and as an Associate
to best-selling author Jim Collins, where he contributed to two best-selling
business books. Natty's career interest has always been learning what
makes great companies tick and working with entrepreneurs to create a
better future. Natty grew up and currently resides in Boulder, Colorado
where he spends his free time outdoors exploring the mountains on foot,
bike, or trail.
