The Patient Financial Services Department is available to assist you with questions concerning your hospital bill. Call Customer Service at 303-544-5744 weekdays (except Thursdays) from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. On Thursdays, Customer Service is available from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
2) How do I pay my bill online?
MyBCH Health Services does not provide an online bill pay option, but you can pay your bill with our Patient Financial Services Department. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Click here to view options to pay your bill online.
3) How do I update my insurance information on MyBCH Health Services?
You can update your insurance information by contacting the Patient Financial Services Department at 303-415-4700 weekdays (except Thursdays) from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. On Thursdays, Customer Service is available from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
