She has practiced at Boulder Creek Family Medicine since 1998. Previously, she was a primary family practice provider at the People's Clinic in Boulder.

Ms. Griffith is accredited by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants.

She received her master's degree from the University of Colorado’s Child Health Associate Program in 1986.

Ms. Griffith enjoys cross-country ski racing and other outdoor activities with her family. She and her husband, Ray, have two children.
