*Dr. Hoerler is always very caring and professional. I am very glad he is my doctor and I recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Hoerler arrived with a very red face visible even though he was wearing a mask; his lifted the top of the mask up a bit since his nose was bothering him. He seemed somewhat out of it today. His notes were somewhat garbled and contained incorrect information. I tried to correct this through the portal but he just brushed past them. So I'm left with inaccurate information in my chart which another provider will read and start off on the wrong foot. Very frustrating.

Just his need to take time off; even though I understand, it's so hard to schedule with him.
