Sample drop off instructions as well as instructions to prepare for blood work or urine sample could be better. I was told to fast for 12 hours, which I did and so my blood work was fine, but I was not told that I couldn't urinate for 4 hours before dropping a sample, so I had to come back. Then I was asked if my sample was refrigerated, which it wasn't because I was never told that it needed to be chilled, so I hope my test results are accurate.
