Dr. Thompson had a calm and casual 'bedside' manner, was attentive [not distracted or rushed], took time to fully explain to me what was happening and what the future held/holds. Very comfortable working with him and his staff.

Dr. Thompson is excellent and I hate he is retiring but happy for him. You will never be able to replace him.
