Lynn Walker, MD
About
Dr. Katherine Lynn Walker is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, and completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University with a major in Latin American Studies. Dr. Walker is proficient in Spanish and is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Walker enjoys caring for patients of all ages and treating a wide variety of conditions. She has special interests in the treatment of anxiety and depression and strives to provide compassionate, personalized care. Patients often share that she listens carefully to their concerns, offers valuable feedback, and has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Walker has practiced in Boulder County since 2003 and values building long-standing relationships with her patients, caring for entire families, and helping them achieve their health goals.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Walker serves as adjunct faculty at the St. Anthony North Family Medicine Residency, where she teaches and supervises physicians in training, staying current with the latest evidence-based practices.
Outside of work, Dr. Walker enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, skiing, cycling, and running. She is also passionate about leading medical mission trips and has traveled to Central and South America multiple times to provide care in underserved areas.
