The pillars of postpartum include warmth, rest, nourishment, bodywork and community. The postpartum period can bring many joys and challenges. This class will help you to meet those challenges with tools and resources rooted in traditional postpartum practices. In a collaborative setting, you will have the opportunity to create a sustainable plan to refine your postpartum care.  We'll delve into practical strategies to optimize rest and recovery, how to use herbs for postpartum healing, creating your postpartum web of support, meal planning ideas, and baby care planning ideas.

Join Clinical Herbalist and Nutritionist, Fertility Awareness Educator, and Postpartum Mama, Christine Olanio, and Clinical Herbalist and Nutritionist, Perinatal Practitioner and Postpartum Doula, Sara Marie, to learn how to equip yourself with the tools and resources to build a solid and deeply nourishing foundation for this transitional time.

We will touch on herbs, flower essences, nutrition and lifestyle practices that can be helpful for birthing people. Each participant will leave with herbal and food recipes. We welcome pregnant people, parents, partners, doulas, friends and family.
