Neural Reprocessing for Anxiety - Four Week Series
Online or In-Person at Della Cava depending on the month.

Wednesdays 4 - 5:30 p.m. starting monthly. The format alternates monthly.

At the BCH Center for Mind Body Medicine, we treat anxiety through education: education of the mind, education of the body. In this four-week introductory program, you will learn new concepts in neuroscience along with mind body practices that can help address your body’s natural alarm system: anxiety. This class is your introduction to our approach, which can be followed by an individual appointment with our medical director if needed.

Using short lectures, videos, meditation and experiential exercises, we will give you the tools and confidence to feel in charge of your own nervous system. This is not group therapy, but a group format does allow class members to encourage and learn from each other as we practice exercises or discuss topics.

The format alternates monthly between in-person or via Zoom. Register for the start date you wish and you will have access to all four classes in that format:

  • October Online Series: Wednesdays Oct 13, 20, 27 and Nov 3
  • November In-Person Series: Wednesdays Nov 10, 17, Dec. 1 and 8
  • January 2022 Online Series: dates to be announced
  • March 2022 In-person Series: dates to be announced
