CU Sports Medicine & Performance Center is hosting a free, 90-minute mental skills clinic to help you:

  • Start your workouts when you don’t feel like it by transforming negative internal chatter.
  • Complete all the high-intensity intervals by priming your brain.
  • Recover from setbacks by re-consolidating troubling memories.
