Neural Reprocessing for Anxiety - Four Week Series
Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:30 pm starting monthly

At the BCH Center for Mind Body Medicine, we treat anxiety through education: education of the mind, education of the body. In this four-week introductory program, you will learn new concepts in neuroscience along with mind body practices that can help address your body’s natural alarm system: anxiety. This class is your introduction to our approach, which can be followed by an individual appointment with our medical director if needed.

Using short lectures, videos, meditation and experiential exercises, we will give you the tools and confidence to feel in charge of your own nervous system. This is not group therapy, but a group format does allow class members to encourage and learn from each other as we practice exercises or discuss topics.

Facilitator

Bradley Fanestil, MD, medical director of the BCH Center for Mind Body Medicine and Elizabeth Haselwood, RN-BSN, certified Trager® practitioner will be facilitating the four-week series.

Please see the series dates below. Register for the start date you wish and you will have access to all four classes:

  • August Series: Wednesdays Aug 8, 25, Sept 1, 8
  • September Series: Wednesdays Sept 15, 22, 29 and Oct 6
