This group is for breast cancer patients who would like to connect with other women as they travel through the breast cancer journey. Educational materials, local resources, speakers and various activities are all a part of this group. No Fee.

Valued-Living Group (for Post-Treatment Survivors Experiencing Distress)
Have you completed primary treatment within the past 24 months and are experiencing cancer survivorship related distress, depression, or anxiety? Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers and the University of Colorado Boulder are offering a paid research study for post-treatment cancer survivors experiencing distress or anxiety. This study compares a 7-week skills group called “Valued Living for Survivors” to usual supportive care.

Rediscovering My Body After Cancer: A Class for Women
Many women find that intimacy and sexuality changes after or during cancer treatment. This is a six-week course designed to help women rediscover themselves after cancer treatment. Fee $90.

Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Class
This class uses exercise to counter the negative side effects of cancer and cancer treatment and to improve overall health. It provides the foundation to start or resume a safe and effective exercise program. Join the class to get stronger, more flexible, better balance and more energy. The class instructor is an Outpatient Rehabilitation Services physical therapist with cancer rehabilitation expertise. Please note that participants with lymphedema must wear appropriate compression garments for exercise.

Gift Center - Wigs/Hats/Scarves
The American Cancer Society provides free wigs, hats and scarves for people with cancer. Volunteers are available to assist with fittings after Look Good...Feel Better and on Fridays from 12:00-1:00 in the Community Room.
