Bravehearts Support Group

This vibrant group of heart-attack survivors trains together with volunteer coaches to run the Bolder Boulder 10K race every year.

Education & Outreach

As a community hospital, BCH is dedicated to helping raise local awareness about heart disease, the #1 cause of death in the U.S. Our cardiologists regularly offer educational presentations to local audiences, from young athletes and their families to senior groups.

Integration of Care

When local primary care physicians refer patients to Boulder Heart for diagnosis or treatment, we communicate and collaborate long-term, ensuring patients come in for timely follow-up visits, assisting with new medication management, and more.
