Our experienced primary care team – Kristina Anton-Schnell, MD, Elizabeth
Lycett, MD, Joseph Nissim, MD, Prachi Patel, DO, Alessandro Testori, MD,
and Tom Bachinski, PA-C – builds long-term relationships with patients
over the age of 18 in order to help them live healthier lives. We provide
annual preventative health care, with special expertise in hypertension, diabetes and geriatrics. Our
office also hosts a reference lab for walk-in patients. We coach patients
on preventing health problems and provide comprehensive care if a chronic
condition develops. When our patients need advanced heart treatments,
we refer them to our colleagues at Boulder Heart and work collaboratively
to provide seamless care at every stage of their journey.
