for managing your COVID-19 worries in healthy ways. An expert in psychoeducation
on trauma, Martha takes a strength-based approach to helping clients build
and use their toolkit of coping and resilience skills. During the COVID-19
pandemic, she has been working with community organizations, coaching
their frontline and leadership staff on how to assist individuals experiencing
anxiety and traumatic stress.
