as breast cancer. Recently, BCH's
Dr. Alan Zacharias

Associated Neurologists spoke with Channel 7's Nicole Brady about women and stroke risk.
According to Dr. Zacharias, there are some important lifestyle changes
you can make to limit your risk for stroke such as making sure you get
regular exercise, following a heart healthy diet, avoiding tobacco and
having regular check ups with your primary care provider.
