Physician Bio
Diane Utz has been working in women’s health care since 2005. She
graduated with a degree in nursing from Rockhurst University’s Research
College of Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri, and went on to earn her master’s
degree in nursing at the University of Kansas’ School of Nursing.
During her studies, she won top awards for academic performance, community
service and leadership. Diane believes women are stronger than they know.
She loves educating them about their bodies, treating a variety of women’s
health issues, informing women about contraceptive options and supporting
them during their pregnancies. She is a member of the American College
of Nurse Midwives.
Diane and her husband, Mike, relocated to the Boulder area from Kansas
City, where they raised
four children. She enjoys spending her free time hiking and biking, often
in the company of her goldendoodle, Scout. Diane is also an avid reader
and knitter.
