Martine Tesone, CNM,DNP

A Colorado native, Martine received her training from the University of Colorado. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Psychology in Boulder and continued her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She stayed on at Anschutz to earn a Master of Science in Midwifery and Doctorate of Nursing Practice.

For more than a decade, Martine has been practicing as a midwife, providing holistic and person-centered care to women for every stage of life from adolescence through menopause.

She enjoys supporting women during pregnancy, labor and post-partum. “To be there from the beginning, when a woman is growing her baby, and then to be present to help facilitate a kind, gentle, respectful birth — that’s a joy I will never tire of,” says Martine.

In her spare time, Martine enjoys spending time with her husband and twin boys, biking, camping and fishing. She is also fluent in Spanish.
