Dr. Rogers joined Boulder Creek Family Medicine in September 2013. She
previously practiced at the Chicago Family Health Center and served as
a clinical assistant professor at the University of Chicago Department
of Family Medicine.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Rogers received her medical degree
in 2006 from the University of Chicago. She subsequently completed her
residency at MacNeal Hospital just outside Chicago, where she was recognized
as chief resident.
Dr. Rogers believes in shared decision making when it comes to a patient’s
health. Educating patients and their family members empowers them to make
good decisions about their long-term health and encourages them to adopt
a lifelong attitude of prevention. Proficient in Spanish and Italian,
Dr. Rogers enjoys a family-based approach, treating multiple generations
within the same family.
In addition to traveling, swimming and scuba diving, Dr. Rogers enjoys
the popular Boulder pursuits of hiking and biking. She and her husband
Jonathan have one young daughter and three pet turtles.
