Rebecca Kasperbauer is a board-certified physician assistant. Prior to
joining Spruce Street Internal Medicine in 2014, she worked in a private
family practice office in Boulder. Before completing the MEDEX Northwest
Physician Assistant Program in Seattle in 2011, she worked for Boulder
Community Health as a certified cardiovascular technician for five years.
She holds a Master of Clinical Health Sciences degree from the University
of Washington School of Medicine as well as a BA in Molecular, Cellular
and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado.
Ms. Kasperbauer’s primary clinical interests include young women’s
health, cardiology and preventative medicine. She is most passionate about
creating a partnering relationship with patients, ultimately empowering
them to make and maintain healthy lifestyle choices. She is also passionate
about patient education regarding the most current and up-to-date treatment
and screening guidelines, allowing her patients to play a vital role in
their own health and wellness.
In her free time, Ms. Kasperbauer enjoys all the outdoor activities Colorado
has to offer, reading, spending quality time with family and friends and
is an avid crossword puzzle fan. She is grateful and excited to be back
working in the Boulder community and returning to BCH, a health care organization
that that fueled her passion for medicine and played a vital role in the
development of her career.
