Dr. Kleinke was very kind, thorough, and attentive. I felt well cared for.
She was great!
I would recommend this provider
I barely made it out of the parking lot and I was on the phone telling people I LOVE my new PCP! I just retired from the Army and she completely understands me because she's a veteran too! This was a huge and - very pleasant surprise - for me because now, I don't have to say a word really about where I'm coming from - she knows - and all the specific details will follow! I hope she has room for one more as I'd like to have her as the PCP for my wife too!
I did tell my family how impressed I was by the Doctor's knowledge and manner.
These were included in previous answer. She also had a nice smile.
Great care!!!
Very companionate
I loved her!
Good experience.
Office efficient and friendly. Would use a MD provider, not a DO
Asked and answered with the prior question.
She was thorough and logical in attempting to diagnose what was going on with me. She was willing to say that due to lack of specific data it was not possible for her to make a diagnosis. She did not choose to guess. She was willing to perform tests that she did not have confidence were necessary in order to set my mind at ease.
Be a bit more empathetic especially when the person lets you know they're fearful of doctors
Very calm very young (which is good). Explained things clearly..
Fine visit with this doctor.
I really liked Dr. Kleinke a lot! She was very kind to me and listened. I am a patient of another dr. there who was on vacation so I saw Dr. Kleinke. I could not have asked for a nicer, compassionate doctor. If I did not love my original doctor so much I would go to her! She's awesome! I would feel more than comfortable seeing Dr. Kleinke again when my doctor is gone. She is top notch!
She was really nice and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I felt valued and important and I would definetly reccomend to a friend.
She referred me to a specialist and she gave me a card to there office. It was helpful so I didn't have to look them up.
I was very impressed with Dr. Kleinke's friendly, pleasant demeanor, and with her efficiency and professionalism.
She is good
She was outstanding, abd helped me with more things than i even thought possible.
I was not really happy with the result of my visit. I still have no idea what is wrong with me, and I am not a fan of throwing prescription drugs at symptoms without addressing the core sickness.
Know what your insurance will do for you - be an advocate for your treatment by contacting your insurance & explaining all you can around your health issue and what options are available. Don't always depend on the health providers to give you the right answers.
I would definitely refer this office and the provider to my friends and family.
