This was an emergency visit. Not my regular provider. My provider is in Longmont. They have great front desk help and I am happy with my provider and her nurse practitioner.

Although I felt she was competent in her role, I did not feel the slightest sense of warmth or caring from her. She insinuated I might be coming in asking for antibiotics (which I was not, I came in for her medical guidance) and this possibly irritated her. I left feeling like I intruded on her afternoon. Would NOT see her again if at all possible. I had called to see Dr Plonska, who couldn't be more warm and caring, but the Gunbarrel office was booked. Rather than no care at all, I went to the Longmont office and saw Kathy D.,NP.

I have used this practice for about 20 yrs. Every single provider, assistant, and front desk staff are extremely kind, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable.
