Kathleen Dworak joined Dakota Ridge Family Medicine in March 2017. She
graduated from Kent State University in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree
in Nursing. She later received her Master of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner
degree from Regis University in Denver. She also holds a Master of Science
degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Prior to joining Dakota Ridge Family Medicine, Ms. Dworak was a Family
Nurse Practitioner in Nephrology. She also has many years of prior experience
working as a registered nurse in the areas of intensive care, post-operative
care and cardiac rehabilitation.
Ms. Dworak is committed to providing care that emphasizes health promotion
and disease prevention along with the diagnosis and treatment of acute
and chronic health problems.
In her spare time, Ms. Dworak enjoys spending time with her husband, hiking
with her dogs and traveling.
