This four-week series of 3.5-hour interactive classes gives parents an
in depth look at the valuable tools and evidence-based information to
prepare for your birth. This month long series is a great way to connect
with other parents.
Our instructor, a specially trained registered nurse and doula, will cover
the normal physical and emotional experiences of late-stage pregnancy,
labor and birth including:
- Natural options for coping with labor discomfort, including anesthesia
- Possible medical interventions, including cesarean birth
- Tips for caring for yourself and your newborn at home

A tour of the Family Birth Center is included.

Cancellations: You will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee if you cancel
seven days before the class. If you cancel less than seven days in advance,

Occasionally, we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will
gladly enroll you in another class or provide a full refund.
