Caregivers and Loved Ones Virtual Support Group
Talk with other caregivers and loved ones who are supporting family and
friends journeying through cancer.
Caregivers are often family members or friends who provide important physical,
practical, and emotional support to a person with cancer. After a cancer
diagnosis, the relationship between a caregiver and a person with cancer
can change in many ways, which may include the redefinition of roles,
responsibilities, physical and emotional needs. In addition, challenges
may arise in areas such as finances, transportation, and physical limitations,
producing stress in both the caregiver and the individual with cancer.
This support group will allow for discussion, information gathering, and
support among individuals who are supporting family and friends with cancer.
