Prenatal Yoga is a 4 week yoga series that will help you prepare your body
and mind for pregnancy and labor. The class is is taught to embrace both
novice and experienced students. This class will help cultivate mindfulness,
relaxation, and build strength in the muscles that support your changing body.
- Suitable for all trimesters
- Wear comfortable clothes, clothing layers are encouraged
- Drink plenty of water

Cancellations: A Full refund, minus a $5.00 processing fee per class, will be given
for cancellation requests received less than 2 weeks before the start
of a class. To request a refund, email email@example.com.
Need to reschedule? Send an email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sometimes we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will gladly
enroll you in another class or provide a full refund.
