Pharmacy Residency Program
Note: Application deadline is January 2, 2017.
Pharmacy Program Overview
Boulder Community Health offers a 12-month pre-candidate ASHP post-graduate
program (PGY-1) designed to provide two residents each year with the knowledge,
abilities, experience, attitude, and critical thinking skills necessary
to become leaders in integrated health-system pharmacy practice. The program
is structured to allow the resident to develop skills in many areas based
on ASHP accreditation standards as well as individual need and preference.
The pharmacy residency provides experience in a variety of settings including,
direct patient care, informatics, medication safety and practice management
while also allowing flexibility to meet individual preferences. The program
is staffed by highly trained and respected clinical practitioners who
are allotted dedicated time in their area of practice.
