Dr. Bulkacz has been treating patients in the Boulder Valley for the past 14 years. He brings expertise in preventive cardiology and diabetes care to our team.
Dr. Bulkacz received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to receive his medical degree at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He completed his internship at the University of Colorado Family Practice Program in 1994, and his residency at Lafayette's Clinica Campesina Family Practice Program in 1996. Prior to joining Table Mesa, Dr. Bulkacz served as a family practitioner at Clinica Campesina and People's Clinic, and as a clinical instructor in the Family Medicine department at University Hospital in Denver. He is married with two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and listening to live music, and participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
