As part of Boulder Community Hospital, the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine strives to allow all members of the community to have access to the care we can provide. To this end, we have contracts with most insurance plans. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment at BCSM, we will be happy to contact your insurance company and verify your benefits and make sure that you can be seen under the rules of your specific insurance plan.
