Indoor Cycling Studio Sessions

Want to see what all the excitement is about for BCSM Indoor Cycling?  Ride indoors on your bike, using our cutting edge power meters and our certified coaches to help make you the best cyclist you can be.  Expert personalized workouts that will challenge you and build from week to week with all the motivational and social benefits of group training!  Our internationally recognized coaches will analyze your pedal stroke and work with you to make you as strong and as efficient as you can be.

Though it is not unusual to see a Pro Cyclist or Pro Triathlete riding with us, riders are of all abilities and ages.  Last year, BCSM Indoor Cycling covered the spectrum from brand new riders to World Champions, with an age span of 12-73 years.  Chances are you will fall somewhere in between.
