Boulder High School  Shannon is the Certified Athletic Trainer for Boulder High School, and is the Coordinator of Outreach for BCSM. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Shannon moved with her family to Colorado in 1986 and stayed to continue her education. She is currently in her ninth year as head athletic trainer at Boulder High.
She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1995 with a B.A. in Kinesiology. While attending CU, she worked with the men’s football and women’s basketball teams. She also worked at Flatirons Physical Therapy throughout college and after graduation. While here at BCSM Shannon traveled to Europe with the Girls Sport International basketball team. She has presented a case study at the National Athletic Trainers Association convention and published a case study in the Journal of Athletic Training. Shannon enjoys the outdoors, hiking with her dog, swimming, and playing golf. Address:
