Cathy is a staff physical therapist at the Boulder Center for Sports Medicine and has more than a decade of experience treating sports injuries. While her primary focus is treating neck and back pain, she also enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal problems. She currently sees patients at both of our locations in Boulder and Lafayette.
In 1988, Cathy graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a bachelor of applied science in Physiotherapy. After graduation she continued her education in manual therapy techniques through seminars and workshops. In 1998 she received a graduate diploma in manipulative physiotherapy, also from the University of Sydney. Cathy has worked in sports medicine clinics as a certified physical therapist in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. This diverse background enables her to approach sports injuries from a unique perspective.
As an Australian, she enjoys any activity that involves being in the sun, including hiking, horse back riding, swimming, biking and ultimate Frisbee.
