We've Moved to Lafayette! Boulder Center for Sports Medicine has moved from Louisville to Lafayette. We are now located in the beautiful Community Medical Center Building at 1000 W. South Boulder Road, Second Floor. This satellite clinic location was established to meet the needs of our patients traveling from eastern Boulder county and Denver. The Lafayette location offers physical therapy services, physician services, massage, hand therapy, and biomechanical analysis for running and cycling.
