Our goal at Boulder Community Hospital is to provide patient-focused care and to work with you to meet your health care needs. Should you have any questions or suggestions about the quality or safety of your care, we encourage you to discuss them with your caregivers and/or their supervisor. If you still have further concerns, our Patient Representative or a member of senior management is available to discuss them with you. Your caregiver can assist you in making any desired contacts. Should you have serious concerns that have not been resolved, it is your right to lodge a grievance with the Joint Commission or the State of Colorado directly, regardless of whether you have first used the hospital’s grievance process.
