Please note: Your personal physician will arrange for hospitalists to manage your care during your hospital stay. Those hospitalists will maintain contact with your personal physician during your stay at BCH and will provide your personal physician a full report on your treatment and condition when you are discharged.
Patients who need post-hospital care should discuss those arrangements with your personal physician. Hospitalists do not stay involved in a patient’s treatment after discharge from the hospital.
