 Anne Donovan, Director
A registered nurse and a certified case manager, Ms. Donovan has been an occupational health specialist since 1991. She is familiar with workers compensation insurance processes, having served as a medical services coordinator for Colorado Compensation Insurance Authority, now Pinnacol Assurance, Colorado's largest workers' compensation carrier. Ms. Donovan oversees the operations of BCH's Occupational Health Services in Gunbarrel and at the hospital's Mapleton Center in Boulder, and she serves as resource for companies using Occupational Health Services. She has the expertise and perspective to help employers understand issues about medical treatment and workers' compensation issues. She advocates for cost-effectiveness of preventing work place injuries and encourages new clients to take advantage of BCH's programs designed to identify and correct potential injury situations at the work place. Ms. Donovan has a B.S. in nursing from Boston University and is a member of Colorado Rehabilitation Insurance Nursing Group, the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses and the Case Management Society of America.  Maureen Marzano, Health & Business Development Maureen Marzano, PhD, MBA, brings more than 15 years of diverse occupational health and risk management experience to her position. Dr. Marzano has a PhD in Organization and Management with a focus in human resources and workforce health and productivity. In addition, she possesses a MBA with a focus on healthcare technology and health informatics. She earned her PhD from Capella University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her competencies include evaluating employers needs as they relate to workers compensation, workplace safety, injury and illness prevention, medical monitoring, governmental compliance, human resource management, supervisory training and performance enhancements. She has been an Occupational Health and Business Development specialist since 1997. In her current role as Health and Business Development Specialist, she works with employers to identify occupational health needs ranging from injury treatment, pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, medical monitoring, governmental compliance, worksite evaluations, safety programs, health promotion and wellness. In addition, she works with employers to integrate group health and workers compensation best practices to bring risk management and cost containment savings and risk reduction to the bottom line. She also handles customer service needs. Before joining BCH, Dr. Marzano worked for the HealthONE Occupational Medicine System in the Denver area. She was active in industry, municipal and state organizations and initiatives relating to risk management, workplace safety, homeland security, wellness in the workplace and OSHA compliance. Kevin Page, Physician Assistant (No photo available) Kevin Page, physician assistant, SA/PA-C, works collaboratively with lead physician Dr. Lynne Fernandez treating patients with work-related injuries, as well as providing occupational health services such as pre-employment and medical monitoring physicals. Kevin Page's background areas of specialization include minor surgery, maxillofacial and extremity trauma and repetitive stress injuries in the upper extremities. Kevin is board certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the State of Colorado Board of Medical Examiners. Alyson White, Clinic Manager
Ms. White has been a part of the OHS team since 1997. As manager, she oversees the operations of BCH's Occupational Health clinics in Boulder at the Mapleton Center and in Gunbarrel and Lafayette. Ms White's job is to ensure excellent patient care and the standardization of systems. Specific responsibilities include supervision and hiring of non-therapy staff, program development, administration of the quality assurance program and adherence to contract requirements. She works with companies to ensure that OHS meets their expectations as medical providers, and she oversees customer service. Ms White has a B.S. in health administration with minors in business, geronotology, and Spanish from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA. She has completed graduate coursework in the area of public health through the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She is a member of the American Public Health Association and the Colorado Public Health Association. Return to Top
