In order to enroll, you will need to provide the email address you provided at registration as well as your name, medical record number, and date of birth. Please note that all the requested information is needed to make sure your online services will be accurately linked to your medical record. This protects your privacy and enhances safety.

2) Is my information secure?
Yes. You can be confident that your private information is protected. Only you – or a family member that you authorize in-person – can access your health information online. All passwords are encrypted and a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the page open for an extended period of time. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure.

3) Can I use any browser to access MyBCH Health Services?
MyBCH Health Services is compatible with most standard web browsers or Apple devices on version iOS 7.0.x or above. MyBCH Health Services has been tested with Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer (version 9 and above) and Firefox. We recommend downloading the latest version of your web browser to ensure you have the latest features and improvements.

4) Why was I signed out of MyBCH Health Services?
To protect your privacy, your account will automatically be logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
