Take U.S. 36 west. Exit on Baseline Road. Turn left and go west for 0.3 miles to Broadway. Right on Broadway then about 2.2 miles. Left on Alpine Avenue and park for free in the Medical Pavilion parking structure on the left. The Surgery Center is in the building next to the parking structure, and the main entrance is on the south side of the building. From Longmont
Take Diagonal Highway (Rt. 119) Boulder and about 0.9 miles past Jay Road, the highway will split. Stay right for Diagonal Highway (west). The road name changes to Iris Avenue and Iris ends at Broadway in 2.1 miles. Left onto Broadway and 0.6 miles to Alpine Avenue. Right on Alpine and park for free in the Medical Pavilion parking structure on the left. The Surgery Center is in the building next to the parking structure, and the main entrance is on the south side of the building.
