Take U.S. 36 east to Table Mesa Drive/South Boulder Road exit. Left onto Table Mesa. (Table Mesa turns into South Boulder Road.) Straight 7.5 miles to the Community Medical Center, on your right. If you cross Highway 287, you've gone too far. The CMC is one block to the west of Highway 287. From Denver
Take U.S. 36 west toward Boulder. Exit right onto Highway 287 (Broomfield/Arvada exit). Head north on Highway 287 for approximately 5.1 miles until it meets South Boulder Road. Left onto South Boulder Road and west for one block. The Community Medical Center will be on your left. From Longmont
Take 287 South to South Boulder Road, turn right, go one block and the Community Medical Center will be on your left.
