An Evening in Macau Benefits Prostate Cancer Awareness

A black-tie gala held in May at the St. Julien hotel raised nearly $120,000 to benefit the education and awareness of prostate cancer. Two hundred and fifty guests enjoyed a wonderful meal, entertainment and mock gambling all in the decorated splendor of "Macau, China." Mike Landess from Channel 7 News, himself a prostate cancer survivor, served as Master of Ceremonies for the evening.

The black-tie event was the 4th annual affair sponsored by the BCH Auxiliary. In previous years, event participants spent "evenings" in Paris, Marakesh and Monte Carlo.

The 27th annual Fashion Show and Luncheon will be held Saturday, November 22, 2008 at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield.
