Dr. Zakany received his medical degree from the University of South Florida in 1982. His undergraduate degree in chemistry is from Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Zakeny is board-certified in Family Medicine, and has been with Community Medical Associates (CMA) since 1999. Prior to joining CMA, Dr. Zakany spent two years in Germany. He has also practiced in Neptue Beach, Florida and Durango, Colorado. Specific areas of interest include sports medicine and pediatrics. Dr. Zakany is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Colorado Medical Society. A native of Florida, Dr. Zakany and his wife have lived in the Boulder Valley area since 1999.
