Six-week series on Tuesdays from 3-4:30 p.m. In person at Della Cava Family Medical Pavilion. Call the Outpatient Counseling Center at 303-415-4299 to join the next series.
Each session will feature
- Mindfulness exercises
- Education on grieving
- Processing and skills training
Who should attend
Someone who experienced the death of an adult loved one (e.g., spouse, partner, close friend, adult child or other family member) and is able to attend all six sessions in the series.

Call the Outpatient Counseling Center at 303-415-4299. One of the group facilitators will conduct a telephone screening and discuss registration.
There is no cost to participants for this six-week series. Registration is required, no drop-ins please.
