Update November 28, 2011

Temporary closure of Foothills Medical Office Building parking lot

As of November 28, the parking lot west of the existing Foothills Medical Office Building will close to make way for the construction of the new 46,000 s.f. Medical Office Building on the Foothills campus.  This new building will house a cardiac and outpatient surgery center as well as physician offices.  Construction is expected to take one year.

Patients and visitors should use the main parking lot in front of Foothills Hospital or the 530 space parking structure located east of the hospital.  The recently completed 70+ parking space, located far west of the Cancer Center, will be used for construction worker parking only.

Upon completion of the project, underground parking will be built below the new building and a portion of the existing parking lot west of the Foothills Medical Office Building will reopen.  In addition, the 70+ parking space located far west of the Cancer Center will be repaved, lighted and landscaped and become available for patients and visitors.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we move forward with our exciting growth and development plans.
