John Greff, Chair

Board of directors

John joined the BCH Board in 2018. He has over 35 years experience in finance, working as Chief Financial Officer for Allos Therapeutics, a venture-backed bio-pharmaceutical start-up and at bio-pharmaceutical company Somagen. In 1996, John co-founded Sequel Venture Partners, which currently manages over $410 million in venture capital and has invested in over 70 early stage portfolio companies.

John served six years on the BCH Foundation including one as the Chair of the Board of Trustees. Previously, he served six years including one as Board Chairman of Impact on Education, a non-profit benefiting K-12 public school education in the Boulder Valley School District. He also has served since 2000 as a Board Member of the Colorado State University Institute for Entrepreneurship.
