BCH Foothills Hospital Staff Nationally Recognized for Promoting Organ Donation

Boulder Community Health Foothills Hospital staff were nationally recognized Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017 for promoting enrollment in Colorado's organ donor registry. The national Donor Alliance campaign sponsored by the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, has added 400,000 donor enrollments to state registries nationwide since 2011.

“With the team’s dedication, Boulder Community has helped save hundreds of lives through organ, eye and tissue donation,” said Kim Jenson of Donor Alliance.

Congratulations to ICU Manager Tracy Nagell and Trauma Program Manager Joan Palen! And thank you to everyone at BCH who help to promote organ and tissue donation.
